Hire Foreigners for Canadian Employers

Do you own a profitable Canadian business? Are you having difficulties hiring workers for your business? Are you willing to support the foreign worker for his/her Canada Permanent Resident application?

If your answer is yes for all three questions, then hiring foreign workers is a good solution for your thriving business.

The two main steps to hire a foreign worker are as follows:

1. Apply for Labour Market Impact Assessment application (LMIA)

2. Apply for Work Permit

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document you may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA shows that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job. It shows that no Canadian worker or permanent resident is available to do the job. After you get the LMIA, you can proceed to apply for the work permit.

Below is a description of the steps in our application services

1. Prepare supporting documents

2. Complete Application forms

3. Prepare Submission letter

4. Review and Submit Application Package
